Rainfall Totals for Colorado

The storm system that moved through Colorado late Tuesday through the day on Wednesday produced beneficial rains for may areas of the state.  An inch or more of precipitation was common along the I-25 corridor from Cheyenne southward through Pueblo.  Below are some of the 2-day rainfall totals:

Boulder Justice Center – 1.02″

Broomfield – 1.10″

Brighton – 1.06″

Denver (DIA) – 0.96″* = new daily precipitation record for 9/12

Colorado Springs – 1.02″* = new daily precipitation record for 9/12

Chatfield State Park – 2.09″

Downtown Denver 1.26″

AUrora – 1.26″

Morrison – 1.46″

Lakewood – 1.57″

Golden – 0.98″

Thornton – 1.46″

Greenwood Village – 1.30″

Englewood – 1.50″

Lousiville 0.75″

Castle Rock – 1.18″

Parker – 0.98″

Perry Park – 1.18″

Monument Hill – 0.87″

Woodland Park – 1.07″

Falcon – 1.02″

Colorado Springs NW – 1.19″

Gleneagle – 1.07″

Pueblo – 0.50″

Fort Collins, multiple reports ranging from – 0.75-1.50″, heaviest amounts NW of the City

Estes Park – 0.53″

Trinidad – 0.54″

La Junta – 0.41″

Alamosa – 0.92″

Leadville – 0.48″
